National Homeowners Day

National Homeowners Day is December 26th, 2022

What is it?

It’s believed this is the ideal day to put an offer on a house in order to have optimal savings!

It's a day to remind all prospective homeowners to start planning.  Many things go into buying a home, and it’s never too early or too late to start thinking about it.

Truly this a day to celebrate for all homeowners past, present, and future!

Who created this day?

This day was founded by Paisley Vartanian in 2020.

How should this day be celebrated?

Future homeowners can use this date to make a tactical offer on a home!  Not ready for that move just yet.  Use this day to start saving for future home, start using a budget planner and implement that tool.  Call your local realtor to setup a strategy session to create your team of all players involved when purchasing real estate and plan your journey to homeownership.

Current homeowners can use this day to celebrate what makes their house a home, throw a gathering in your home, reminisce and educate others about your homeownership journey, or use the day to schedule any deferred maintenance repairs.

Why celebrate this day?

Real Estate builds financial security.  Real estate is an asset.  Assets build wealth.

Homeownership serves as a forced-savings mechanism that is a great opportunity to begin building financial security.  Owning real estate helps you to save in the long term.  Owning a home also provides many tax advantages.
